Our solution – The Heritage Series: A selection of quality built homes including our exclusive 10-year Decade of Protection warranty, recognizable Forrester Wehrle quality and style, our signature “Easy As Pie” building method, at a price that makes Forrester Wehrle even more affordable.

Available in Woodland Hills in Adrian, MI and Indian Meadows in Perrysburg, Ohio, or on your own lot the Heritage Series consists of six home plans specially designed for quality and affordability. Best of all, now owning a Forrester Wehrle home is affordable for many first time homebuyers.

We still include many features that are optional or not available with other builders.

Depending on your floor plan, Heritage Series homes will include either a partial or full-size poured, waterproofed, insulated, and steel reinforced basement.

We install a Carrier high efficiency (90%+) heating and air conditioning system combined with advanced building techniques and materials to provide an extremely energy efficient home.
