strict limits on what you can do once construction
begins. If changes are even permitted, they may
be verbally acknowledged and incorporated into your
home. This could mean you get to the final closing
table without knowing that the builder priced your
changes making the final sales price much higher
than you expected. Hopefully they haven't put your
mortgage loan approval in jeopardy.
