As a trusted homebuilder for more than 40 years, we have developed and refined our exclusive Total Quality Assurance Processes to ensure that each home is built to the highest possible standard of quality. We believe that owners like you should be involved at every stage of construction. One important way we accomplish this is through our 7-Step Customer Satisfaction Process. It's a chance for you to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction that forms the foundation of your new home. It's also a chance for you to enjoy the rare and thrilling experience of watching what was once just an idea, a notion, a dream, take shape and become your new home. Specifically, the process involves these steps:

Step One: Free Custom Home Design - Our staff will assist you in making any changes and modifications to your floor plan. We’ll help to create a home that exactly fits your family’s lifestyle needs and desires. Our in-house drafting team will incorporate the changes into the blueprints at no extra charge.

Step Two: Professional Decorating Assistance - No need to travel all around town selecting components that fit in your allowances. You’ll spend time, right in our design center, with a professional decorator. We’ll make sure the cabinets, counters, flooring, paint, exterior finishes, etc. will all work together and stay within your budget.

Step Three: Pre-Construction Meeting - Before construction begins, you-the homebuyer-are guided through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team and to answer any questions regarding the construction process.

Step Four: Total Quality Assurance Inspection - Before your final walk-through, Forrester Wehrle Homes conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Pre-Closing Orientation.

Step Five: Pre-Closing Orientation - When your home is finished, Forrester Wehrle Homes' construction supervisor will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.

Step Six: 30-Day Follow-Up - Once you are all settled in, we check back by letter, phone, or even by a knock on the door to ensure continued satisfaction.

Step Seven: 11-Month Follow-Up Visit - Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
